He advises individuals and businesses in a variety of estate planning, federal and state tax law, corporate law, and general business law matters. Mr. Hunter is admitted to practice law in Tennessee and Alabama and before the U.S. Tax Court. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was employed with Ernst & Young LLP and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant. He served as Graduate Editor of the Tax Law Review while earning his master of laws in taxation from New York University School of Law.
RACHEL RAGGHIANTI is a certified public accountant with Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. She leads the tax team in assisting a variety of clients with tax planning, preparation, and compliance. Before joining Chambliss, Ms. Ragghianti was in public accounting for eight years with Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC where she provided audit and tax services to individuals and businesses. Prior to that, she served in the audit practice with KPMG Memphis.
