On Demand Program
When Goshen College decided to close campus in mid-March, they had two choices: cancel our student led phonathon, or find another way to move forward. They decided to take the risk and conduct their phonathon using a cloud-based platform, hire and train a new talent pool of students who were going to remain on campus, and mobilize other student callers to continue to phone for pledges while working from home.
In this Gonser Gerber Institute webinar, join Caleb Longenecker Fox from Goshen College to hear about how they made the decision to continue their phonathon, how the students made calls from mid-March through early May, and their fundraising and engagement results.
Topics we will cover include:
- Why we moved forward with our phonathon
- Who are these student callers and how can we monitor their work
- Using a cloud-based phonathon software for the first time
- Our return on investment
- What we plan to do in 2020-2021
