On Demand Program
During this unusual time when most everyone is working from home, social distance guidelines are in place, and travel is limited, gift officers are still sharing their mission with their constituents, making prospect calls, and using virtual tools to make solicitations.
But how are these calls going, how are donors responding, and what is the most effective and efficient use of time during a virtual appointment?
In this Institute webinar, host Charlie Shepard of Gonser Gerber will facilitate a conversation with seasoned gift officers Gabby Womack, Christian Student Fellowship, and Paul Niswander, University of Texas at Austin, about their changing work with prospects and donors.
Here are a few of the issues they will discuss:
- Tactics to engage with major donors/prospects across the giving cycle
- Optimizing video conference and other technology solutions to deepen relationships
- What messages are resonating with your donors and prospects during this time?
- Donors willingness to give during these uncertain times
- How goals and metrics have changed
- What will be a useful carryover in your work post-pandemic
