This webinar is intended for advancement, development or institutional leaders and staff members who support board members. Whether you are in a campaign now or are in the initial planning phase, this program will help you better prepare your board members for their role throughout the campaign and beyond. There will be information included that you will want to share with your board, so we recommend taking individual slides and handouts from this program, personalizing them and sharing them with you board. You may also feel comfortable sharing parts of the webinar recording with them after you’ve participated (which we will send to you as a sharable link.)
Program Fee
The fee is $295 per institution, which allows your entire team the opportunity to participate in this professional development at the same time. If you are a current client of Gonser Gerber Advancement Consulting, that fee is just $145. You will also receive a copy of the presentation and a recording of the webinar with your registration.
On Demand Details: After your registration, you will receive a copy of the power point presentation as well as a copy of the recording. (Please allow at least 48 business hours to receive your materials.) You will be able to share these materials with your entire team, including volunteers, and review the recording as many times as you need.

Nancy Oliver Gray, CFRE, joined the firm in 2017 as a Senior Consultant. Prior to joining Gonser Gerber, Nancy served as president of Hollins University from 2005-2017, retiring as president emerita in 2017. Under her leadership, Hollins led two strategic planning processes, eliminated the institution’s debt, doubled the endowment, and raised $300 million. She has also served as president of Converse College. Prior to her presidencies, Nancy served as vice president for external relations at Rider University and vice president for seminary relations at Princeton Theological Seminary. She has also had development experience at Vanderbilt University, The University of Louisville, Oberlin College and The Lawrenceville School. She is currently a member of the boards of Princeton Theological Seminary, Mill Mountain Theatre, the Roanoke Symphony Orchestra, and the Advisory Board for the Roanoke Cultural Endowment.
