Transitions in leadership, board and hospital dynamics, evolving priorities, aging donors, public relations challenges, and even your healthcare system’s governance structure can all impact the efficacy of your major gift program. Navigating these changes while still maintaining a steady stream of annual fund and major gifts to your health-related organization is critical to long term success and program building.
In this webinar, presented by Erin Phillips of Gonser Gerber, we will explore the ways that health-related organizations can step-up their major gift plans and activities to increase funding, develop robust prospect lists, invigorate relationships between the hospital and foundation, and build a board that helps you live out your vision.
Join us for this 60-minute webinar that will include these topics:
- Identifying and evaluating how you can best leverage your unique assets
- The role of your case for giving in refocusing your major gift goals and priorities
- Assessing your data management systems and how to effectively use donor and prospect information to drive your work
- Effective cultivation, solicitation, and recognition planning with your health-related partners
The fee is $295 per institution, which allows your entire team the opportunity to participate in this professional development at the same time. If you are a current client of Gonser Gerber Advancement Consulting, that fee is just $145. You will also receive a copy of the presentation and a recording of the webinar with your registration.
