Securing that first gift makes asking for another gift, or even an increased gift, possible. But how can we do that without first inviting that initial gift? How can we successfully welcome that individual into our donor experience, celebrate their giving, and ultimately grow their affinity for our mission if we don’t first inspire that initial gift?
In this webinar, we will talk about the steps you should perfect at your institution if you hope to move donors to give their first gift. Whether a young alum, parents or grandparents, a grateful patient, an organizational volunteer, or a potential future board member, each relationship can grow and benefit from a gift to the annual fund.
Topics we will cover include:
- Setting up your strategy well
- Personalizing your annual fund appeal
- Telling stories that will leave an impression
- Clearly communicating the need for, and importance of, their annual fund gift
- Using social media to maximize your annual fund appeal
- Making their experience easy and enjoyable
The fee is $295 per institution, which allows your entire team the opportunity to participate in this professional development at the same time. If you are a current client of Gonser Gerber Advancement Consulting, that fee is just $145. You will also receive a copy of the presentation and a recording of the webinar with your registration.
On Demand Details: After your registration, you will receive a copy of the power point presentation as well as a copy of the recording. (Please allow at least 48 business hours to receive your materials.) You will be able to share these materials with your entire team, including volunteers, and review the recording as many times as you need.
