On Demand Program
You and your team spend months planning your Day of Giving, everything from recruiting volunteers, setting goals and tightening infrastructure, ordering branded merchandise to share and promote, and even getting your institution’s president to agree to shave their head if you meet your goals! And then you reach that day and within a frenzy of those 24 hours you receive scores of new gifts and new donors, your social media outlets explore, and your organization-wide activities have great photo opportunities across every department.
And then, just like that, your Day of Giving is over.
Now what…?
Once the excitement subsides, the real work begins to properly leverage your day of giving for future donors and gifts. There are many things to consider, from adding all details into your database, sending stacks of thank you letters, following up on volunteer efforts, stewarding matching or challenge gift donors, counting every penny and participant, and communicating your success to your community. All of this, in addition to resuming your regular gift activities and solicitations, and then preparing to do it all again in a matter of months.
In this webinar, presented by Gonser Gerber Partner, Kent Huyser, we will explore the importance of a well-planned Day After Giving Day for your institution. No matter if you are an educational organization or a non-profit, how you plan your time following your Day of Giving is critical to see a good return on your energy and efforts for years to come.
Join us as we tackle these topics:
• Signs of a successful Day of Giving
• How to recognize all the people involved
• Ways to encourage that next gift
• Harnessing social proof with success stories and results
• Planning for the future
The fee is $295 per institution, which allows your entire team the opportunity to participate in this professional development at the same time. If you are a current client of Gonser Gerber Advancement Consulting, that fee is just $145. You will also receive a copy of the presentation and a recording of the webinar with your registration.
On Demand Details: After your registration, you will receive a copy of the power point presentation as well as a copy of the recording. (Please allow at least 48 business hours to receive your materials.) You will be able to share these materials with your entire team, including volunteers, and review the recording as many times as you need.
