This includes institutional readiness, the importance of co-chairs/chairs, identifying campaign priorities, utilizing volunteers, and developing your case for support.
Join our team of Gonser Gerber consultants for our half-day virtual conference where we will share tips, strategies, and techniques to ensure that your advancement program rises to a level of excellence. Our Excellence in Advancement series “Preparing For Your Campaign” will spotlight areas that are specifically important to having a successful and well-rounded campaign.
