On Demand Program
Today’s campaigns operate in a dynamic environment filled with opportunity. While there can be many reasons a campaign slows—leadership transitions, economic conditions, unclear strategy, unrealistic goals, or planning gaps—these challenges can create doubt or stress for staff, boards, and donors alike. Yet every stalled campaign presents an opportunity: to re-engage donors, strengthen internal alignment, and build positive traction toward your goals. When organizations embrace change, leverage partnerships, and focus on intentional strategies, campaigns not only regain momentum—they often emerge stronger, more energized, and more resilient than before.
In this concise, practical 30-minute On Demand program, Senior Consultant Dr. Meredith Brunen will outline the key factors that can slow campaigns and, more importantly, provide actionable strategies to move forward with clarity and confidence. You’ll leave with the approaches to reignite donor engagement, strengthen your team, and align your institution toward achieving campaign success.
