On Demand Program
A critical role of your institution’s President, Head, or CEO is their active role in managing a portfolio of prospects. These prospects are special, but they should also be treated like all the rest in your organization, with a prospect management plan moving them through the system of cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.
In this On Demand webinar, brought to you by Kent Huyser, partner at Gonser Gerber, we will explore the best ways to prepare your leader for solicitations. Join us to discuss the important role of your President/CEO/Head in advancement, using their time wisely, and moving prospects through their portfolio.
Topics We Will Cover Include:
- Why the President/CEO/Head needs to be soliciting
- Steps to prepare the president and the prospect
- What solicitations look like for your leaders
- Managing your leader’s time and talent
- Supporting your President/CEO/Head to inform, inspire, and engage
The fee is $295 per institution, which allows your entire team the opportunity to participate in this professional development at the same time. If you are a current client of Gonser Gerber Advancement Consulting, that fee is just $145. You will also receive a copy of the presentation and a webinar recording with your registration.
On Demand Details: After your registration, you will receive a copy of the power point presentation as well as a copy of the recording. (Please allow at least 48 business hours to receive your materials.) You will be able to share these materials with your entire team, including volunteers, and review the recording as many times as you need.
