As a client of Gonser Gerber during much of his time in leadership at CJ, Dan has gained an appreciation and admiration for the firm’s unique and successful approach to serving clients and the people impacted by the mission and ministry of those clients. He hopes to extend the Gonser Gerber approach to other organizations deeply committed to their mission and the desire to ensure the long-term vibrancy of their organizations.

As a lifelong Daytonian, Dan has worked his entire career in the downtown Dayton area and has been dedicated to helping strengthen the vibrancy of the center city that serves as the economic driver for the region.
