Every institution and nonprofit organization wants to raise more money but many have a limited number of staff to do this. Even the “small shops” can be very successful in raising funds if they are focused on the right things and are disciplined in their work.
Jack Ewing, Senior Consultant, joined Gonser Gerber in 2018 after serving as the Chief Executive of two institutions of higher education and two religious nonprofit organizations over 23 years. He served as President of Dakota Wesleyan University where he was responsible for establishing the solid foundation on which the institution’s current success was established. Prior to that, he served as President of Mount Union College (now the University of Mount Union) with great success in strategic planning, fundraising, and campus development. Most recently, Jack served as the Executive Director and CEO of Lake Junaluska Conference and Retreat Center, the largest United Methodist conference center in the world.
